Thursday, Week 12

After an awesome birthday yesterday, it's back to business today. I'm going to go just a tad lighter on calories today, to counter-act yesterday and tomorrow (although I actually wound up losing weight between yesterday morning and this morning). It's not a drastic calorie reduction, though, so all should be good.

Today is my 2nd trapeze lesson! I have my new trapeze outfit packed with me to take there from work. This time my knees will be covered. I still have some bruises, and my right hand is not completely healed up from last time, but I think I'm in good shape for my lesson. My abs are still a tad sore, but hopefully they won't cause problems in the lesson.

Food:
Breakfast: 1/2 Kashi Lean (70/6.5), 1/2 Milk (40/4), Apple (80/0), Yogurt (55/5.5)
Lunch: Salad (25/0), 2 Turkey (40/8.5), Chicken Santa Fe (140/20)

Dinner: Tilapia (98/21), 1/2 Baked Potato (55/2), Broccoli (30/1)
Snack: WW Chocolate Mousse Bar (60/2)
