Monday, Week 17

This weekend was pretty amazing. I did more exercise this past weekend than I normally do in 2 weekends practically. I busted my ass, but it was worth it. Today is my first Pilates class. So, that should be fun.

Food:
Breakfast: IsoPure (50/12.5), Apple (80/0), Yogurt (55/5.5)
Pre-Pilates: IsoPure (50/12.5), Salad (25/0), 2 Turkey (40/8.5)
Lunch: Pork (144/27), Pasta (50/1)
Snack: Boca Burger (70/13), Clementine (50/1)
Post-Run: Choc IsoPure (55/12.5)
Dinner: Salmon Burger (130/22), Bread (45/3), Cabbage (70/0)
Snack: Choc IsoPure (55/12.5) w/ Milk (20/2)

Morning - 15 4-point crunches, Light Stretching
50 minute Pilates Class

Light Stretching, Joint Rotations
Treadmill: 3.1 mi (5K), 28:12 (6.6mph)
Heavy Stretching
