Dinner: Salmon Filet (202/34.5), Broccoli (60/2)
Snack: Choc IsoPure (80/18.75) w/ Milk (20/2)

Exercise:
Treadmill: 3.3 mi @ 6.6mph, 30:37 - to Evanescence, intense run
Abdominal: 2 sets of 12, 4 point crunches
Stretching: Heavy Stretching
Ice Skating: 30 minute free skate (wasn't crowded - practiced all my skills)
